Early last week one of our Circle members passed onto me a prophetic word/commentary from Terry Bennett holding out a prophetic hope that Donald Trump might be being raised up of the Lord as a "Cyrus" figure to somehow deliver America (or perhaps the church?) out of its present plight. The strong implication of the commentary is that it is possible for Donald Trump to become president in this time as the preferred choice of God, while Hillary represents the "enemy's purpose."

This possibility directly contradicts the clarion word coming out of Storm Harvest Ministry from our Australian friend Mario Liu that Hilary Clinton will unquestionably be elected as president. Because of this, I forwarded the Bennett commentary to Mario for his comments, which he has provided and which I am passing back to you. Be encouraged to forward this conversation to others.

A word of note first: Further research led me to the origin of this prophetic idea of Trump being "Cyrus" which came out about a year ago. The originator, Jeremiah Johnson, disclaims any attempt to identify Trump as the next president or president at any time. Nevertheless, the Bennett article seeks to build on another separate dream of his own to suggest the possibility otherwise.

A recent Revelation concerning Donald Trump

Dear friends,

I want to preface what I am about to share with you with the fact that I do not believe nor am I saying Donald Trump is a born again believer nor that he is a flawless individual beyond reproach. But even if he is a Cyrus figure (who was an evil man that God called His servant), who will not resist Gods will or be antagonistic towards Jesus Christ and this nation, then I believe he could be our best choice – much better than what we presently have. Each of us MUST and SHOULD ask and pray to the Lord about this and hear clearly from Him ourselves.

I recently had an encounter involving an angelic messenger named National. In this encounter he showed me in a vision, Donald Trump and written on Trump’s back was the Constitution of the United States. The angel then told me that the Constitution was behind Donald Trump, and that his motivation involves the backing of the Constitution. The angel then reminded me of an encounter months ago where two angels from Washington DC had said to me that “The Constitution is no longer safe in D.C”. National told me that the Constitution is safe with Donald Trump. This was the extent of the encounter.

I want to correlate this with a visionary experience of some years ago. I have spoken about this experience in the past a number of times, but have not and did not know to relate it to our present situation. This experience involved a card game between Satan and Jesus Christ. The game involved the fate of this Nation (USA). Satan had the perfect unbeatable hand, a royal flush and was excited to play his hand in this nation. The Lord was in a relaxed position opposite him, one hand on the back of His seat, His right hand on the table. Satan appeared to be moving first, when Jesus Christ put up His right index finger on His right hand and said “One moment”, then out of nowhere, a card appeared in The Lord’s right hand. With force He slapped it onto the table, it was a trump card – (Donald Trump?). The Lord trumped Satan’s royal flush, deflating Satan’s joy and countenance. Best I can remember, this experience took place 5-6 years ago. I now believe this is part of its possible interpretation. Remember, God trumped Satan before, through Cyrus. If that’s all He has to work with, He can do so again. My motive in sharing this, again, is to call us to serious and desperate prayer for the ultimate will of God. If the purpose of the enemy comes forth, in others getting in office or staying in office, chaos, civil war and God’s wrath will be upon us.

I am not sharing everything about these encounters, but the most important points. Up until recently, I was not even going to vote, unless I heard very clearly from The Lord. My encounter with National has changed this. I do not say this to sway you but to let you see some into my own heart and encourage you to seriously seek The Lord in this.

May The Lord have His ultimate will and purpose,

The Lord has been adamant in telling Robert and I over the past years that Hilary will be the first female leader of USA, and that she will win the coming election.

I also believe that Terry Bennett is a servant of the Lord. 

So I would believe that BOTH accounts are true. Let us wait and see. 

God would love to see the Christians in USA repent and turn back to God, but God also knows that this is unlikely. This can be one of God's 'last calls.'

Since 1998 God asked Robert and me to travel to USA several times to visit many Christian groups, and to warn them of God's judgment which will be coming to USA, and to ask USA to repent. 

Then in 2011 God asked Robert and me to travel to USA again to visit many Christian groups - God specified who we should visit, and did not permit me to visit several friends I knew personally on the Storm Harvest List - to announce to them that this is now too late, and that judgment has been set. And I have to announce to them that there is mercy even during judgement, and those who are faithful to God will be protected, and they may even prosper during the judgment period.

Since 1997 God has shown us many times of great disasters coming to the USA, such as US citizens being locked up in concentration camps by their own government. In 1998 while Robert and I were looking at LakeOntario while standing in FortOswego, Robert saw in vision Chinese warships on the lake, with Russian officers on board. One early morning Bryan Hupperts took me to visit a large supermarket in Missouri to buy sour cream and bagel for  breakfast. Bryan suddenly stood in the middle of the aisle and fell into a trance. After a while he came back to himself, and told me that in a vision he saw all the food disappeared, and all the shelves in the supermarket were empty. People were crying because of lack of food.

Since 1997 God has been telling Robert and I many times that Indonesia will invade Australia, and that many people will be killed and churches burn to the ground. The upper half of Australia, with most of its mineral wealth, will fall into foreign hands. (Notes by Mario: Seeing what is happening around the world now, I would suspect that radical Muslims would take over the Indonesian government first.)

Through the tribulation, revival will come to Australia.  This invasion will not happen until USA, who is the protector of Australia through a treaty, is first brought to its knees by economic collapse, civil unrest and foreign invasion.

For us, the only safe place in the world is to be found in the will of the Lord. We must develop a real personal relationship with God now.

Thank you for this response Mario.

The only thing I really have to say is that I believe that American prophets are in general too wed to their American identity to be objective enough to hear what God is really saying about the country. So what they hear is filtered and colored through what they want to see happen. So I prefer to hear words about America from objective brethren overseas who do not carry all that baggage.

As far as what I personally sense, I agree with you, Robert and also Scott Webster, all of whom recognize that America is being brought to its end as an empire in the Lord's plan. That does not mean God is through with the nation, but that the nation will be dramatically altered out of the judgments that are being brought to bear, the pride will be removed, but most importantly, the true kingdom leadership will be raised up from among God's people as will happen throughout the world as the Lord begins to replace the rule of men with His own rule in a manifest way.

In this transition, I cringe at the horrendous human leadership God is allowing / appointing to be raised up here. But really, when God raised up Elijah, He had also raised up Ahab and Jezebel as his opponents. It's the only way to bring purity of identity through Mt.Carmel encounters I suppose.

Since 1997 Robert Holmes and I have been meeting once a week to pray together. 

The thing that has kept us going is that God usually turns up and we have a sort of open heavens during our prayer time. We can ask God questions and quite often God answers.

Yesterday morning we met as usually, and I enquired about Terry Bennett's prophecy as to God wanting to bless USA through Trump.

God smiled and repeated that Hillary will be USA's first female leader. Then Robert received the word 'idol.' Robert also received the message that Terry Bennett was looking through a filter of national importance. I  was disappointed with this revelation, because I like Terry Bennett's prophecies and videos. (Sigh)

I have to remind myself that God created the universe for His own pleasure and glory, and God uses the foolish to shame the wise. 

Several times God told us that His real church is to be found in the countries where Christians are suffering persecution. God has also told us that many prophets who genuinely love God are to be found in Asia (God showed us the names of several countries) but they do not have access to circulate their prophecies widely.

I will be eagerly waiting to see the results of the coming US election.

In His great wisdom throughout the course of human history, God has chosen not only to fulfill His plans and purposes through men and women who have yielded to the sound of His voice, but He has also chosen to accomplish His will through men and women who have ignored and rebelled against Him. One such man was King Cyrus mentioned in Isaiah 45.

Isaiah prophesied of Cyrus and speaks as a mouthpiece of the Lord when he declared, “I have even called you by your name [Cyrus]; I have named you, though you have not known Me. I am the Lord and there is no other; there is no God besides Me.

I strengthen you, though you have not known Me, so that they may know from the rising of the sun and from the west that there is no one besides Me. I am the Lord, and there is no other” (Is. 45:4-6).

What a powerful and profound prophetic declaration to a man who did not know or serve the Lord! Could God not use the wicked and ungodly to bring about His plans and purposes thousands of years ago and can He not still do the same thing again, especially in the midst of the crisis that we find America in today?

I was in a time of prayer several weeks ago when God began to speak to me concerning the destiny of Donald Trump in America. The Holy Spirit spoke to me and said, 

“Trump shall become My trumpet to the American people, for he possesses qualities that are even hard to find in My people these days. Trump does not fear man nor will he allow deception and lies to go unnoticed. I am going to use him to expose darkness and perversion in America like never before, but you must understand that he is like a bull in a china closet. Many will want to throw him away because he will disturb their sense of peace and tranquility, but you must listen through the bantering to discover the truth that I will speak through him. I will use the wealth that I have given him to expose and launch investigations searching for the truth. Just as I raised up Cyrus to fulfill My purposes and plans, so have I raised up Trump to fulfill my purposes and plans prior to the 2016 election. You must listen to the trumpet very closely for he will sound the alarm and many will be blessed because of his compassion and mercy. Though many see the outward pride and arrogance, I have given him the tender heart of a father that wants to lend a helping hand to the poor and the needy, to the foreigner and the stranger.”

As the body of Christ, we must keep our ears and eyes open as we continue to move toward the 2016 elections in the United States. I believe that God is not only going to use the prayers of the saints to bring about His plans and purposes, but He is even going to use those who do not know Him. What a great comfort and source of encouragement we have in the wisdom of God in this hour.

Just as Job declared to God in Job 42:2, “I know that You can do everything, and that no thought can be withheld from You.” Let’s begin to pray in faith, knowing that God can do all things and that no purpose of His in the 2016 elections can be thwarted!

MY RESPONSE TO THE DONALD TRUMP ARTICLE

Greetings, due to the incredibly high volume of accusations, suspicion, and hate that I have received in the last 24 hours from folks around the USA regarding the recent article I wrote that was published in Charisma Magazine, I want to bring clarity to a few false and misguided statements people are making toward what was prophesied. Also, I will not attempt to defend myself here, I will leave that up to the Lord Jesus now and when I stand before Him and give an account for every word I've spoken. The goal of this post is to strictly help those who read the article and have questions and what largely appears to be a gross misinterpretation of what was published.

What the article does NOT say:

1. Donald Trump will be the next US President.
2. Donald Trump will be the GOP nominee.
3. That I (Jeremiah Johnson) personally support and endorse Donald Trump's personal moral decisions or anything he has publicly said regarding politics (including the past). 
4. Donald Trump is a devout Christian and His life aligns with biblical principles.

What the article does say:

1. Donald Trump is going to be used by God as a trumpet in America to expose darkness and perversion. 
2. Christians must look past/through his bantering and listen for the truth that God is going to make known through him.
3. God can use anyone He chooses to fulfill His purposes and plans in the earth. Nebuchadnezzar, Cyrus, the Jews who crucified Jesus, or Donald Trump among many.

After reading through about 1,000 pieces of mail in the last 24 hours, here is my conclusion:

Some Christians appear to be absolutely infuriated at the thought or prophetic word that God is going to use Donald Trump as a Trumpet to expose darkness and bring truth because of His moral background and political views. Perhaps God not being limited, subjected, and dependent to who human beings think He should use for His glory reveals their own issues with God, not a prophetic word.

I, like many of you, was shocked by the word I received regarding Donald Trump. Trust me when I say it was given with fear and trembling. Again, I am not called to prophesy what I think or what my opinion is. I simply deliver the word of the Lord and encourage the saints to test and judge what has been spoken.

I will publicly repent to the body of Christ if what was prophesied does not come to pass.

I pray that what has been written here will help bring clarity to any viewers or listeners that had questions or possibly misunderstood what was written. God bless you and let's continue to keep our ears and eyes open to what the Spirit is saying in this hour.
